Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a specialty beverage as you settle into our exclusive VIP Lounge, which is yours for the entire duration of the appointment. For 2 1/2 hours, two of our expert stylists are committed solely to your group, guiding you through our premium selection of hats, patches, and trims. With no wait and no distractions, you’ll have everything at your fingertips to design your new favorite headwear.

Once your design is finalized, the relaxation continues. Lean back on our velvet couch and curate the vibe by playing your favorite tunes on our surround-sound system while we expertly set your patches and trim. It’s the perfect time to browse our curated collection of hat chains and charms to add those final, sparkling touches.
